Data deletion

You can have Elevy Analytics (Akshita Creations Private Limited) delete the data it holds about your business or your login at any time.

Meta (Facebook / Instagram) ads data

  1. In Elevy, open Integrations, find Meta Ads and open Disconnect, tick also delete the synced data and confirm. The access token and all synced Meta campaign and product data are deleted at once.
  2. Or remove Elevy in Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select Elevy Analytics and click Remove. Then email us as below to delete data already synced.

Shopify data

Uninstall the Elevy app from your Shopify admin. Shopify then asks us to delete the store's data, and we delete it within 48 hours of that request.

Everything else, or by email

Email info@elevyanalytics.com from the address on your Elevy login with the subject "Delete my data" and your brand or store name. We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days, usually within 2 working days, and reply with a confirmation.
