Terms of service
Last updated 29 October 2026
These terms apply to Elevy Analytics ("Elevy"), a product of Akshita Creations Private Limited, India ("we"). By installing the Elevy Shopify app or using Elevy, the brand ("you") agrees to them.
The service
Elevy reads your store, marketplace and advertising data to build profit and loss, reconciliation, GST and inventory reports. Reports are calculated from the data you connect or upload; you remain responsible for your accounts, tax filings and business decisions. Elevy is not a substitute for your chartered accountant.
Plans and billing
Plans bought on elevyanalytics.com are priced in INR plus 18% GST (see pricing), billed in advance every month or year through Razorpay after a 5-day free trial counted once per company, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Billing; the plan runs until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our cancellation and refund policy. If a renewal payment fails and is not paid within 3 days, the account becomes view-only until it is paid.
Shopify App Store plans are billed by Shopify on your Shopify invoice, in USD, every 30 days or yearly, after a 5-day free trial counted once per store. Monthly plans may add $0.03 per order above the plan's monthly orders, capped at the difference to the next plan. You can change plan inside Elevy or cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; charges already billed are not refunded except where Shopify's policies require.
Your data
You own your data. We use it only to provide Elevy to you, as described in our privacy policy, and never sell it or share it with another brand.
Connected services
When you connect Shopify, Meta or Google, you authorise Elevy to read the data listed on the connection screen. You can disconnect any service from the Integrations page or from that service's own settings.
Availability and liability
We work to keep Elevy available and accurate but provide it "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before a claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at New Delhi having jurisdiction.
